If you plan on staying i Santa Maria then no. Taxis are available all day and night
How can I get from the International Airport to the Apartment?

Yes, there is a bakery 2 min walk away. They serve fresh bread and other breakfast meals. Each apartment has a kitchen for you to make your own breakfast.
